We now live in a world where one negative story about your brand can spread faster than the speed of light. At the same time, existing tools and crisis communications strategies are no match for the digital- and mobile-savvy marketplace. Fortunately, the power of big data can now be harnessed by today's communications professionals to anticipate the next crisis and create a smart blueprint for taking proactive action. Join us as we welcome speaker Chase Donnelly from Zignal Labs.
1. The new metrics and KPIs for detecting and measuring a crisis across the entire media spectrum.
2. How to leverage data and analytics to visualize a crisis as it unfolds — while pinpointing the “hot spots” to take action and allocate resources.
3. Best practices for incorporating data-driven insights and processes within your crisis communications plan.
4. How other Fortune 5000 brands have infused data and analytics to counter and resolve a pressing crisis.
