With all of the news about bias, what, if anything, is anyone supposed to do about it? In an increasingly diverse and globalized world, what does respecting difference actually require? Is unconscious bias real or is it just more diversity jargon?
Join us as we welcome Tiffany Jana, CEO and founder of TMI Consulting and co-author of Overcoming Bias, as she not only names the problem of bias, but also offers practical advice, solutions, tools, and stories based on her successful career as a global diversity and inclusion strategy consultant. She will discuss how to understand bias, talk about it with increased fluency, and control and conquer it.
