In today’s shifting funding environment, professionals in associations and nonprofits are being asked to accomplish more with fewer resources. Professionals in these environments work with tight budgets in the best of times. The solution is to work smarter by planning, identifying and acquiring the tools, knowledge and skills to be more efficient and effective.
PRSA Richmond’s Public Service committee is offering a free workshop to help Richmond nonprofits gain a leading edge on practical methods and tools to communication and polish your organization's brand in the RVA landscape.
This workshop has been developed on behalf of the PRSA Richmond chapter, which represents more than 300 of Richmond public relations professionals. This opportunity is for public relations, communications, fundraising and membership roles within associations, nonprofits and other tax-exempt organizations.
The workshop will be held Thursday, Oct. 19 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Richmond Memorial Health Foundation, located at 4901 Libbie Mill E Blvd Suite 210 in Richmond.
PRSA Richmond will provide lunch for attendees. Registration is free for the first 30 attendees. Membership in PRSA is not required. Participants will have the opportunity to win a PRSA Media Directory ($25 value).
