About the Program
Virginia is for Lovers was created in 1969, 50 years ago. While many things have changed, one thing remained the same – the love. Virginia Tourism Corporation is celebrating the 50th anniversary of the Virginia is for Lovers brand with 50 Years of Love, a statewide campaign including over 600 partners. The success of this campaign depended heavily on an innovative integrated marketing strategy. Hear from Virginia Tourism Corporation on how earned, owned and paid media have worked together, and the benefits they have seen from working in an integrated marketing structure.
